What do I need to do?
You can search for your industrial instrument in Award Finder by code, by title or by industry. You’ll also need to select the state or territory where the work is ordinarily performed.
You can sort your results by code, by title or by instrument type. You can also search again within your results to narrow the available selections. Once you’ve located the industrial instrument, select 
to access a full copy.
From 1 January 2010, modern awards apply to employers and employees within the national workplace relations system. As a result, an employee's minimum entitlements are (in most instances) derived from comparing their modern award and pre-modern award entitlements in accordance with the model transitional provisions.
You can select 
next to the title of the industrial instrument you’ve found to view any related modern or pre-modern awards. For more information on minimum entitlements for a related modern and pre-modern award, you can select next to the linked instrument title.
