What do I need to do?
From 1 July 2010, modern and pre-modern awards entitlements are compared to calculate
an employee's minimum rate of pay and penalties in most instances in accordance
with the model transitional provisions.
You can view the Pay and Conditions Guide for information on an employee's minimum
entitlements to pay, penalty rates and other conditions. The guide contains pre-calculated
base rates of pay for employees and employers covered by the modern award and
pre-modern award you’ve selected.
